RETURNS:
We do not accept returns or cancellations. All sales are final. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items.
EXCHANGES:
Exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged Product: If you receive a damaged product, you may be eligible for an exchange.
- Wrong Product: If you receive the wrong product, you may be eligible for an exchange.
Exchanges are not accepted for size issues or any other reasons. If you have any doubts in selecting the size, kindly check the Size Chart or contact our customer care. We are happy to assist you in choosing the right size.
Eligibility for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused Condition: The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- Intact Packaging: The product packaging must be intact, including all labels and tags.
- Contact Us Within Three Days: You must contact us within 3 (THREE) days of receiving the product.
- Submission of 360-degree Video: You must provide a 360-degree video of the parcel opening, clearly showing the condition of the product and packaging.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges are subject to approval based on the provided video evidence.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the video evidence is insufficient or inconclusive.
- We do not accept exchanges for size issues or any other reasons.
- All exchanges are final and cannot be further exchanged or refunded.
REFUND:
- We regret to inform you that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- All sales are final, and once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
